"Super easy to log in"
Not gonna lie, getting into my wes account was really easy. The login worked without any issues, and I was able to check my info quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience for me.

I paid my WES fee online and the payment went through without any real issue. I got the receipt quickly too, which was nice. The only annoying part was the page loading slowly, so it felt like I had to put in more effort than I should have just to get a simple payment done.

They sent over my report exactly when they said they would, which was a nice surprise these days. No chasing, no awkward follow-ups, nothing like that. It all went smoothly for me, always a relief when something just gets done.

I was expecting the school to ask for extra documents or have some kind of issue with my wes report, but everything went through smoothly. They accepted it with no problem at all, which was a nice relief.

I used wes.org to figure out which documents I needed, and it was easy to get around. The steps were laid out clearly enough, so I didn’t feel like I had to keep digging through pages to find basic information.
My account page loaded without any problems too, and I could check the status updates just fine. It’s not the fanciest website out there, but it’s simple and does what it needs to do.

"Support was polite, just slower than I hoped"
I reached out to wes support about my evaluation status, the person I dealt with was polite and professional. They did answer my questions clearly, so I’m not going to act like the whole experience was terrible.

That said, the replies definitely took longer than I expected. And yes, I get that they probably handle tons of requests, but a couple of responses felt a little generic, like they were pulled from a standard template.

Overall, it was fine. Not amazing, not awful. The staff were respectful, but I still think the process could be quicker and feel a bit more personal, especially when people are already stressed waiting for updates.

"Felt private and safe"
It felt secure overall, and setting it up didn’t make me nervous or anything. It was just a little slow at times, especially with that part, but otherwise I felt good using it.

"Mostly Okay, But the Wait Was Annoying"
The results were mostly okay, nothing really amazing but not bad either. My biggest issue was having to wait in the queue for so long, which got frustrating after a while. Once I finally got through, everything was fine enough, but the wait definitely took away from the overall experience...

The verification itself worked fine , so that was a relief . But the updates took longer than I expected , and it wasn’t always clear what was going on . I had to keep checking back , which got a bit frustrating .

I noticed there was a mistake in my account info and, you know, I was totally calm about it... mostly. I reached out to WES to get it fixed, and they actually handled it faster than I expected. Everything was updated properly without turning into some whole ordeal, which I really appreciated. Smooth overall
